Not Much New
Well the review went fine. My review was good or average anyways. I talked to the manager a bit about current issues. About how nobody is speaking to me much etc. and that while I can't afford to take the pay cut I can't stay put here. They said they were fine with me transferring although they hated to lose me. I'm not sure though when the transfer will occur yet. It could be a couple more weeks. So I guess I'll see what happens in the meantime. Still it's good knowing there is an end in sight.

It's good they're letting you transfer, but unfortunate they couldn't attempt to fix their morale issues and are instead losing a good nurse. Of course, been there, done that as well.

Good for you for knowing yourself and making the change. Hope the transfer happens soon and that your transition is smooth.
Now that you know you'll be leaving soon....any urges to f*ck with mean nurse? For some reason I just want you to look at her square in the eyes and with firm disdain tell her to "shut up" or "grow up", or "shove it". I know, not that creative but it would knock her off her game and surprise the crap out of her. Maybe you can just day dream about it to get you through to when you transfer.
I am glad you review went well and that soon you will be able to transfer out of there. :)
