Decisions
I've decided to take the lower paid position. I e-mailed the supervisor to let her know and turned in my application. I hate to lose the pay but I need to do this for myself. It's funny, I went to work on Friday afternoon and someone asked how I was doing and I realized my decision was made. I had an instant feeling of peace. This is the right choice for me and somehow it will all work out. I know that taking care of myself and working with the tools I have is the most important thing for me. The last couple of nights have been easier to deal with. I find I don't care much what she does. I will admit that I still sit here thinking how disgusting she is. She's one of those who sucks up to everyone and is everyone's friend but yet when you're gone she doesn't have a nice thing to say about anyone. She's a bully. And soon I won't have to deal with her anymore. Such a relief that there is an end in sight.

I'm glad you were able to make a decision about the positions: Hopefully everything becomes much better now :-)
I hope you're much happier in the new position!
I am so glad. The difference in how you are feeling is evident in even this short post.
When you feel that peace then you KNOW it is the right decision. Good for you!
Happy to hear :-).
I am glad that you are going with the other job. You cannot be miserable all the time, it makes for such a miserable life...
yeah for you!!!!
You go girl!
I'm so happy for you! It sucks to lose the pay, but glad you're happier!
Congratulations on making the decision and the new job. Sometimes, just stepping over the line and having the application out of your hands is the hardest part. And now, you can breathe a sigh of relief.
So glad you are at peace with this. I am sure it will be the best decision for you!
I am so glad you chose to apply for the different position. I can only imagine how miserable you are and I don't want you to continue like this for another five months. I know I couldn't do it.
The pay cut will suck, but it will be so worth it to not be in such a hostile work environment. Good luck!
